Winter Workshop:

Nourishing Your
Lifeforce and
Cultivating Gratitude

In this workshop, we combine Meditation, Yoqi Qigong practices and the Emotion Code energy healing technique to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. The goal of the workshop is to promote a smooth flow of energy (Qi). When Qi flows freely, we experience health and a sense of joy in our spirit. Conversely, when Qi is blocked, it can lead to disease and suffering.

Duration: 2 hours (~1.5 hours for the workshop, followed by drinks and treats)

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to turn inward and cultivate calm, gratitude and self-nourishment during the colder months—a time to conserve our lifeforce energy.

Our fast-paced lives often build up excess 'fire' energy from food, environment, stress, negative thoughts and emotions, which can lead to inflammation, overwhelm, and accelerated aging—or leave us feeling drained. The good news is that by nourishing our 'water' energy, we restore balance, creating a powerful anti-aging practice for both body and mind.

In the Winter Workshop: Nourishing Your Lifeforce and Cultivating Gratitude, we will use specially curated meditation and Qigong Flow practices focused on nourishing your energy to promote balance and longevity, while also releasing Heart-Wall trapped emotions that no longer serve your highest good. In addition, you will learn key concepts from Qigong and Chinese philosophy that you can apply to your daily life for continued growth, and well-being.

What to Expect:

Workshops are intentionally kept small and intimate, with only 5 participants.

  • Welcome: Friendly introductions in a supportive space where everyone feels welcome.

  • Group Emotion Code Session: We'll divide into two groups where each participant will receive a personalized release of Heart-Wall trapped emotions identified by their subconscious mind, clearing emotional blocks to open the heart in preparation for the meditation and Qigong practices.

  • Guided Meditation: Led by Carmella, this meditation will guide you in nourishing your energy through self-massage and the practice of smiling energy, balancing your vital organs and cultivating positive virtues with love and attention.

  • Qigong Flow Routine: Designed to support the kidneys and the Water element, aligned with the Winter season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its flowing, looping movements cultivate calm, promote a smooth flow of Qi, and encourage a gentle surrender to going with the flow.

My goal is for you to leave feeling peaceful, deeply connected to the essence of life, and in tune with the flow of your energy.
