What can I expect from an Emotion Code session with Kevin or Carmella?

While we each have our own style, we’ll want to gain an understanding of the symptoms you are experiencing before identifying and releasing as many trapped emotions your subconscious mind will allow. We follow your lead, working on specific topics you would like to work on, including clearing the Heart Wall.

What are different ways to have an appointment?

Sessions can either be done with you virtually (over Zoom), over the phone, or we perform your Emotion Code session without you present at your scheduled appointment time and email you the results. Many clients appreciate the virtual sessions for a more participative experience; while others appreciate the convenience of email sessions if it's challenging to schedule a time to meet.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. You may reschedule prior to the session. In addition, package sessions expire one year from purchase date.

How do I schedule appointments after buying a multi-session package?

We use Acuity Scheduling which provides the benefit of creating a password protected account where you can view your redeemable and scheduled appointments, as well as have the ability to cancel or reschedule. On the confirmation email you receive at the end of the booking process, select the Register for an account link to create a password and Sign up.

After you have created an account, if you aren’t logged in when you reach the scheduler, click Log in in the top-right corner to enter your email address and password.

How much personal information do I need to divulge during a session?

The beauty of the Emotion Code process is that there is no need to talk about past experiences as we work on a subconscious level, and your subconscious already knows it all. As well, your comfort level is our priority; and confidentially is of the utmost importance.

What do I need to do to prepare for a session?

It's helpful for you to think about what topic or situation you'd like to work on. You may know exactly what you want to work on or, use our our Session Planning Guide. We will regroup with you at the start of every session to align to where you are at. In addition, being hydrated is helpful for the process, so be sure to drink some water before the session.

How much time is needed between sessions?

Generally, the body needs a few days of processing time after trapped emotions are released. However, when you choose to book subsequent sessions is entirely up to you. Some clients book sessions when they feel a strong need, others schedule weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions. It all depends on where you are at on your journey.

What can I expect to feel during a session?

It is different for everyone. While some may feel nothing at all, others have said they experience a sense of warmth, tingling sensation or the feeling of a weight being lifted when a trapped emotion is being cleared.

How can I expect to feel after a session?

Everyone is different, but every single one of our clients have said they feel more relaxed and lighter after a session. You may notice a difference immediately or it may take time. It’s also important to know there is the possibility of feeling some negative symptoms for a few days during the processing period. This may include, feeling tired, out of sorts emotionally, agitated or sad. However, this is a sign it is working. Releasing trapped emotions is like peeling an onion; peeling away layers of negative energy.

Do you work with animals?

Yes. Animals, including household pets, are emotional beings and can benefit from Emotion Code sessions. The impact of releasing trapped emotions can result in significant positive change, and often times almost immediate change in behaviour and/or attitude can be seen. Provide details of your pet’s challenges on the Intake form when booking. We will contact you to clarify anything if needed and a photo may be requested. Once we have completed the session at the scheduled time, we will email you the results.

Do you work with kids?

Absolutely. Emotion Code for kids is a good practice to help them avoid having to live with the influences of negative trapped emotions. In addition, calibrating the whole family with the Emotion Code can improve balance, relatability and communication. Provide details of your child’s challenges on the Intake form when booking. We will contact you to clarify anything if needed. Once we have completed the session at the scheduled time, we will email you the results.
