The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a simple yet powerful method used to identify and release trapped emotions - emotional energy that may become store in the body after stressful or overwhelming experiences, passed down from our lineage, absorbed from others, created pre-natal or pre-conception.

Trapped emotions can contribute to feeling

  • stock or blocked

  • reactive or overwhelmed

  • emotionally heavy

  • unable to move forward in certain areas of life

By identifying and releasing these trapped emotions, the body is supported in returning to a more balanced state.

The Body Code expands on the Emotion Code by viewing the body as an interconnected system.

It allows us to identify a wider range of imbalances that may be influencing your well-being, including:

  • physical and structural imbalances

  • residual pathogen and virus energies

  • subconscious beliefs

  • other system-wide disruptions

This broader system allows us to explore what may be contributing to imbalances on multiple levels

We access a curated library of over 2,300 insight, and your subconscious mind guides us to the exact message that is most supportive for you in that moment.
